Reservation Policies
Please carefully review and acknowledge the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience while operating your rented vessel:
General Rules and Safety:
- Pontoon boats: Maximum of 10 people.
- Center consoles: Maximum of 6 people.
- Passengers 12 years and younger must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket (state law).
- All passengers must remain seated when the engine is running—no riding on the front deck (state law).
Operational Conduct:
- Observe idle speed/no wake zones while exiting the marina.
- Turn off the engine when swimmers are in the water.
- Towing of personal watercraft is not allowed.
- Do not operate the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs (state law).
- Give right of way to boats on your right (starboard) and always be courteous to other boaters.
- In case of high winds or lightning, return to the dock or seek shelter in a cove until it’s safe.
- Boats must be returned to the dock by 4:00 PM, and operation after dark is prohibited.
Maintenance, Cleanup, and Damages:
- The boat must be refueled (filled to the top) before returning. A $150 service charge will be applied if not.
- All trash must be removed before returning the boat. A $50 fee will apply for excessive cleanup.
- Any lost or damaged equipment, including propellers, will be charged in accordance with the Damage Waiver agreement.
Navigation & Return:
- Navigation is confined to inland and intercoastal waterways between Coon Key and Naples Bay, Florida.
- A fee of $100 per hour (or any part thereof) will apply for late returns beyond the specified time.
Violation Acknowledgment:
Failure to follow any of these rules will result in immediate repossession of the rented vessel, forfeiture of any remaining rental time, and loss of the security deposit.
